Power Reports for Win-EZ is an add on provided by your Win-EZ POS Dealer, or included with Reward Blaster.
There is also a Lite Version supplied to sites installed prior to January of 2013. If you are using the Lite Version from within Win-EZ Manager, you should know that for a small upgrade fee you can have the features provided with Power Reports for all of your Win-EZ Manager reporting. Contact your Win-EZ dealer for more information.
Our Mission:
We believe that truly great products are built on happy users, and we value your feedback immensely. We also feel that the job of a reporting package is to provide access to every ounce of data that can be extracted from a system. With those two ideals in mind, we encourage users to get involved in the process of deciding what features and reports are included in Power Reports, and how those features work.
There are several ways that you can give us your ideas for new reports, provide feedback for the applications themselves, or get general support for utilizing the features that are available in Power Reports.
Your Dealer: Your Win-EZ Dealer is your first line of support, and has direct access to our developers. They know the Win-EZ P.O.S. System very well, and can answer most questions without having to contact us.
Feedback Form: We include a Feedback Form right in Power Reports. This form can be used to send an email directly to our development staff. Look for the “Feedback” button on the top right (Manager Reports), or bottom right (Reward Blaster) of the main Power Reports screen.
Our News Feed: We routinely post information about new features, updated reports, and product releases in our news section. We’ll also be posting whenever we add new content to a Product Page. You can subscribe via an RSS Reader, or if you’d like to get an email whenever we update the feed; use the “Subscribe Via Email” form on the right, or at the bottom of the page. We will never disclose your email to anyone, and won’t send you any mail other than updates on this sites content (we don’t send adds).
